About
3401 SLC is located between the fast-growing Culver City and West Adams neighborhoods and near the Baldwin Hills scenic overlook area of South Los Angeles. This geographic center of Los Angeles is accessible by public transportation or car within 25 minutes or less.
Connected to an existing, bike greenway spanning from Downtown LA and the University of Southern California to the east and the Pacific Ocean via Santa Monica and Marina Del Rey to the west, 3401 SLC will build on the vibrant energy of surrounding neighborhood by creating an inclusive, mixed-use, transit-oriented, and destination-worthy project near the scenic Baldwin Hills scenic overlook area of South Los Angeles that will become a gateway to the West Adams and Hayden Tract area. We envision a pedestrian and cyclist-first public realm anchored by two resilient, green buildings featuring best-in-class amenities, active streetscapes, and generous amounts of open space that together encourage healthy and sustainable lifestyles for tenants and the larger community alike.
The development will consist of a 260-unit residential building and one, approximately 250,000-square-foot office building. The buildings will be supported by onsite parking, best-in-class amenities and upwards of an acre of public space, steps away from the La Cienega / Jefferson Metro station and just across the street from the soon-to-open Whole Foods.
